 Horticulture poles are created and based on the proven successful technique of "U" piles in the viticulture with some slight factory modifications and changes in their operation.

The advantages for the producer are the following:

-Low  and one-off installation cost per acre . They do not need any refurbishing of the support materials since they are all made of heay galvanized iron (with Zn 275 g / m2) of high quality as opposed to obsolete linear support techniques such as reeds, wood, etc
 

- A drastic reduction in production costs due to the uniformity and verticalisation of the crop. Less or zero bindings, easy collection, easy plant protection and production control, etc ..

- Improvement of production quality and consequently final product price.

- Flexibility of support materials due to their construction for easy crop rotation from season to season or from year to year.

The essential parts of the support system are:
 
Inline poles: which are placed along the vine rows and support the length of the line wires cultivation and cultivation itself.
 
Head Poles: are 2 for each vine row and placed each at the tops of the line. The head poles is the transmission mean of the line loads and vibrations through the wires to their body and finally to the anchors.
 

Anchors: which is riveted or screwed into the soil and absorb the transmission of all of the support line stresses through the head piles. They are also 2 per row.
 

Wires: support wires are always used and well stretched.

 
Accessories: as wire tensioners, clamps for the management of the crop wire, support nets etc..

The pile has a dimension of 44X36mm, galvanized with a thickness of 1.5mm or 1.25mm.

The profile is constructed in such way, as to eliminate the problem of instability of the pile on the ground by the shocks.

The ribs are made in a way that ensures not only great stability but also great bending strength.

 The pile is equipped with a series of external hooks. The hooks are designed to ensure perfect wire application even on uneven or tilting surfaces.

The single hooks allow a convenient and easy placement of the wires as well as their quick replacement.

It is also possible to place more wires at different heights without additional costs for accessories and jabs.
